Come il titolo suggerisce, questo doppio CD di stampa giapponese su etichetta Vivid Sound contiene la registrazione di un concerto dei Police risalente al tour di promozione dell'album "Ghosts In The Machine". Si tratta della registrazione non ufficiale dello show che il trio inglese tenne il 22 aprile del 1982 al Nassau Coliseum di Uniondale, nello stato di New York, e nel quale brani del quarto album come l'hit single "Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic", "Spirits In The Material World", "Hungry For You", "Demolition Man", "One World (Not Three)" e "Invisible Sun" rinfrescano un repertorio già ricchissimo di grandi hit ("Message In A Bottle", "Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic", "De Do Do Do, De Da Da Da", "Bring On The Night", "Roxanne", "Can't Stand Losing You", "Next To You") e di altri pezzi pregiati ripresi dai tre LP precedenti (come "When The World Is Running Down, You Make The Best Of What's Still Around", "The Bed's Too Big Without You" e "Shadows In The Rain")
